Healthy Holiday Nog

Place in a blender or food processor: Four bananas, 1-1/2 cups skim milk or almond milk, 1-1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt, 1/4 teaspoon rum extract. Puree until smooth. Top with dusting of nutmeg.
