Arrest made after break and enter at Smokelord

Rains flood Halfmoon Bay sewage plant

An accumulation of rainfall leading up to Jan. 13 forced the SCRDs Square Bay wastewater treatment facility to divert 80 cubic meters of incoming water to the Salish Sea.
