Linda and Ian have been inviting vacationers to relax in their self-contained suites for many years. A beautiful, well-appointed location, along with their personal touch, makes sure each visitor has an enchanting stay.

The expansive view over the blue ocean waters allows your mind to escape. This view is available from the decks of each suite as well as the covered hot tub pavilion where you can hear the waves, the birds in the trees, and smell the calming salt air of the ocean. There’s also a private beach with oceanfront deck to while away the days.

Questions are encouraged to help you enjoy your home away from home. Linda and Ian are on hand to help plan and execute your special occasion. Whether an engagement, anniversary or something else, Linda and Ian will be there.

With an almost perfect customer review record, Pam and Dennis know how to make your home away from home a special place. Spending time travelling each winter allows Pam and Dennis to recharge and discover new places, while reminding them of how important it is to create an environment that allows each guest to feel special. When they receive feedback from prior guests saying “they feel like family,” and letters from around the world inviting them to come for a visit to their homes, they know they are doing something right.

Madeira Park is a beautiful hour drive from the ferry. With views that look onto Pender Harbour from each of the rooms, easy access to stunning hiking trails, a delicious and filling breakfast that changes every day of the week, and hosts that believe in the personal touch to make every visitor feel pampered, what’s not to love?

Caprice Bed and Breakfast

Enclosed in lush green trees and looking out to the ocean from the house, deck, and yard, Caprice B&B exudes charm for your next home away from home.

The B&B is close to the ferry and run by two fascinating women, Caprice and Jeanette, who live an adventurous life, travel extensively, and know a thing or two about what makes for a great home away from home. Their three units are comfortable and calming. They have two larger units (with kitchenettes) and one smaller (with a coffee and tea set up) for the single traveller. All units have access to the swimming pool and hot tub, providing a tranquil way to spend your days and evenings.

Goodies are always provided, so you can head right out to explore for the day. Don’t leave without trying one of their muffins! (How did she know banana chocolate chip was my favourite? Delicious!)

Shades of Jade Inn and Spa

This West Coast Zen inspired inn and spa, owned by Sylvie and Will, has everything for a modern stay. With two modern suites, hot tub, calming garden, and a spa, you will have a weekend to remember.

The crisp lines and attention to detail (with your own mini koi pond in the downstairs unit) allows your brain to relax into its surroundings. This is a great place for a couple, a mother / daughter weekend, special occasion or just a weekend of calm. They offer romance or refresh packages and you can choose from different breakfast options to suit your needs; because sometimes you just need to stay in bed a little longer.

You don’t have to be a guest to enjoy the spa. Locals and visitors alike can enjoy the serene atmosphere and spa treatments: facials, massages, shiatsu and more.
