On July 11, 2020, two youths notified the RCMP that they had found human remains in front of a residence in the 800 block of Bayview Road in Roberts Creek.
The BC Coroners Service has conducted an investigation to assist in determining the identification of the decedent. DNA was obtained, and the Sunshine Coast RCMP received confirmation that the remains are that of a missing male out of Delta BC from 2016.
