Coast fitness leaders ranging from Roberts Creek through to Pender Harbour came to Sechelt and shared their enthusiasm (and expertise) in recognition of National Health and Fitness Day on Saturday, June 7. Participants enjoyed Dance, Bootcamp, Zumba, Nia, PowerPunch, strength, stretch and sunshine!
