My artist colleague, Sandy Buck, and I are artists working with Deer Crossing the Art Farm and we have a very unconventional art exhibit on until July 8 at the Gibsons Public Art Gallery.
Often, we are asked, “Where is the art?” by outraged or confounded art appreciators. This exhibit is an offering to engage and transform public opinion about the role and nature of art. We combine technology, nature and creativity and make it accessible to everyone, from the young to the aged, to professional artists and to those who swear they can’t sing or draw. To make art is everyone’s right in being human.
Come to the Artists’ Talk (Friday, June 29, 7-8:30pm) to have this important conversation about what art is and can be. Submitted by Joah Lui aka Digi Majou
