The Sunshine Coast Centre of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada invites youth on the Sunshine Coast to dazzle us with their artistic creativity and scientific knowledge. We are holding a poster contest on the theme of the Deep Sky, and posters should depict the wonders that can be viewed with telescopes above the Sunshine Coast. The posters entered will be displayed at our upcoming Deep Sky Star Party for RASC members on July 29-31.
Entries must be submitted to our centre by July 15. Prizes include age-appropriate telescopes, one for age 9 and under, and one for ages 10-18.
