Writer about ‘loveable losers’ reads at Arts Centre

Grant Buday will be the next reader in the fall feading series presented by the Sunshine Coast Arts Council.  Buday writes about the people who live in Vancouver’s east end, on the streets, in the bars and in the rooming houses. His characters seem lost and hopeless, but you gradually begin to like these “lovable losers”.  Buday will read from his latest work, The Delusionist.

Grant Buday will read at 8pm on Friday, Sept.25 at the Arts Centre in Sechelt.  Admission is by donation.  The readings are sponsored by the Canada Council for the Arts.   Submitted
